We run regularly from Freiburg via Karlsruhe, Stuttgart and Munich to Zagreb and Slavonski Brod – on demand further via Badovinci to Belgrade. The return trip serves the same stops in reverse order.

The estimated arrival is maintained by our team. There is no live vehicle tracking.

How it works

    Register online

    Enter sender, recipient and parcels. You immediately get your shipment number with a QR code.

    Drop off

    After BSV confirms your request, bring the parcel to the chosen stop and show the QR code. We weigh it on site and attach the label.

    Get your receipt

    You receive a drop-off receipt with shipment number, QR code and price.

  4. 4

    Collect

    As soon as the vehicle reaches the destination, the shipment is ready for pickup – visible in tracking.

How is the price calculated?

By weight: we weigh every parcel at drop-off. The price is printed on the label and on your receipt.

Who pays?

You choose when registering: the sender at drop-off or the recipient at pickup.

How do I track my shipment?

Enter the shipment number in the “Track shipment” field or scan the QR code on your receipt. You see every step with its location.

Do you deliver to the door?

No. Handover takes place at the destination hub. Address and opening hours appear in tracking once the hub is open.
